RETURN & REFUND POLICY
1. HOW LONG WILL DELIVERY TAKE?
Most orders arrive in 2-3 business days, if you place an order before 5pm. Delivery to some remote locations and small towns in USA and Canada , UK and Europe can take up to 3-4 business days. Orders placed on weekends and statutory holidays are processed on the following business day. You can check the status of your order on our website under My Account.
2. WHAT IS “PACKAGE TRACKING” IN MY ORDERS?
Package tracking helps our customers to keep live track of the order status of their ordered products and services.
3. WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I RECIEVE A DAMAGED OR WRONG PRODUCT?
Immediately call our hotline or leave us a message on our email with your product details including your order number and account name.
4. CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
Orders can be canceled or changed at an hour before the scheduled delivery time.
5. CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Yes! When your order leaves our warehouse, a tracking number will automatically be emailed to the address provided at checkout. (So please make sure we always have your current contact information.)
